Hello, I’m Stavros Karydis, founder of ONIRO. I studied Industrial Management and Technology at the University of Piraeus. My first lessons in hospitality came from watching my grandmother care for her rooms in Skala Eressos. That personal connection to Lesvos still guides how we welcome guests and look after each property.
From a few rooms to a wider vision
ONIRO began in Skala Eressos and grew through hands-on work with homes and stays across Lesvos. Today we combine local operations with pricing, distribution, guest communication and clear reporting for owners. Every property has its own character, so we build a plan around the place and the people behind it.
What we do
We bring together hospitality and property strategy:
- Stays: Comfortable accommodation and thoughtful guest experiences across Lesvos.
- Full management: Listings, pricing, guest communication, cleaning coordination, local operations and reporting.
- Remote management: Digital distribution, pricing and communication alongside an owner’s on-site team.
- Property development: Practical guidance on positioning, improvements and the next stage of a property.
